Also known as the Shade Enclave, Thultanthar is the last city of Urbâid left in existence.
After the fall of the Urbâid Empire in the year 2300 AF, Thultanthar was moved to the Shadowfell, the Plane of Shadow. During this time many of the denizens were affected by their environment and became the Shadovar.

Places of interest

Fane of Zon-Kuthon
This is the main temple of Zon-Kuthon in Thultanthar. The temple is lined with black wood screens, and hold the city’s archive below.

The Hive
The lower parts of the city, which is the upside-down tip of a mountain, is hollowed out by hundreds of tunnels. This is the home of the city’s d’ziriaks, ruled by the malevolent Shirobehoo. The d’ziriaks act as elite guards and smiths, forging high quality weaponry for the fetchling population.

The Thirsty Thief
This tavern lies in Dusk Alley, in a ward of dead-end alleys and old inns. The street outside is strewn with the rubble and debris of a collapsed building. It is said that the Nightbringers meet there every 30 days fitting with the full-moon on the Material Plane.
